Description
A simple quick Blender render exercise. Inspired in Metroid (Prime) Morphball, although is not the morphball.
Here, is used the Blender nodes to postprocess the glow and Depth of Field.
For the Depth of Field I used a Defocus node, and for the glow two diferent glare nodes, the first is "fog glow" and the second "Simple Star".
Also, scene has an hemi light, Indirect Lighting, and Ambient Occlusion.
I followed some tutorials in Blendercookie.com to learn How To Do
Tiime: 2 hours to model and set up, another 2 (or more) tweeking and rendering, plus the tutorial and research time.
Programs Used (All Open Source):
- Blender (Model, render, postprocesing)
- GIMP: Final touches and export.
